Shipping Policy

At Clark Studio, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Dispatch may take longer if there is a stock availability issue, additional order verification is required, or the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines provided by our courier partners are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Unexpected circumstances or disruptions

Once an order has been dispatched, Clark Studio cannot be held responsible for courier delays. However, our team will always be happy to follow up with the courier and assist customers wherever possible.

3. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Clark Studio cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect phone numbers or contact details

  • An unavailable recipient

  • Any other customer-related delivery issue

If an order is returned to Clark Studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or another customer-related reason, the order can be re-dispatched after advance online payment of the applicable shipping charges plus an additional Rs. 250 return fee.

Urgent Delivery

Nationwide – Express Delivery

  • Delivery charges: Rs. 400

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

Karachi – Bykea Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available subject to availability and coverage.

  • Order confirmation is required before 2:00 PM.

  • Full order payment must be made online before dispatch.

  • Bykea rider charges are to be paid directly to the rider in cash upon delivery.

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Korangi Industrial Area.

Karachi – Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is available in selected areas:

Areas covered: DHA, Clifton, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan, PECHS, and Korangi.

  • Delivery charges: Rs. 400

  • Estimated delivery: Next working day

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines begin once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

  • Express and same-day delivery services are subject to courier availability and coverage.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • While we cannot control courier-related delays, our team will gladly follow up with the courier and assist you with tracking your order.

Self-Collection Orders

If you prefer to collect your parcel from a TCS Express Centre, Clark Studio offers a self-collection option through TCS only.

Please note:

  • A flat TCS self-collection delivery charge of Rs. 400 applies.

  • An advance online payment of Rs. 500 is required before dispatch.

  • Self-collection orders will only be processed and dispatched once the required advance payment has been received.

  • Self-collection is available only through designated TCS Express Centres.
